Chief Inspiration Officer: Reignite Your Life’s Purpose

What on earth is that, right?
Part leader. Part innovator. Part inspiration igniter.

I’ve even been called a Muse. That title appeals to me most; it feels effortless and ethereal, as if just being is enough to spark change in others.

But let’s be real: that’s not the full story. At least not for me.

Who I Really Am

I’m cerebral. I obsess over details. I’ve been called “too direct” and, worse, “insensitive.”
Is honesty, delivered with compassion; really that awful? Maybe for some.

But here’s the truth: helping and inspiring others lights me up. It’s my superpower; and yes, my drug of choice.

Who Do I Help?

Bring me your confused.
Your frustrated.
Your burned out and underappreciated.

Let’s talk about how to bring gratitude, balance, and meaning back into your life.

Change doesn’t always mean quitting your job and moving to a cabin in the woods. Sometimes, the change starts inside. Quietly. Internally. Intentionally.

Time for a Reset

Yes, seek therapy if your mental health is deteriorating or you’ve leaned too heavily on unhealthy coping mechanisms. But if you’ve lost your spark? If you dread mornings? If your life feels like Groundhog Day, on loop with no off switch; then it’s time to reset.

If your inner dialogue is full of despair and self-doubt, UNPLUG.
You don’t have to live this way.
You weren’t meant to live this way.

Don’t Wait for a Calendar to Save You

Do you need to wait for a January 1 reset?
Absolutely not.

Start now.
Right here.
Right where you are.

Self-Discovery Questions to Ask Yourself:
  • What changes would I actually like to make?
  • What do I believe would truly bring more joy to my life?
  • Why have the things I was told would fulfill me stopped working?
Exercise: Redefine Your Life Priorities

Step 1: Create a list of your favorite things.
Break them down into categories:

  • Wants
  • Needs
  • Can’t Live Without

Step 2: Create your “No-Fly Zone” List
These are the things, behaviors, habits, treatment from others; you will no longer tolerate, either from yourself or the people around you.
Be raw. Be honest. Be free.

Use These 8 Categories to Guide Your Lists:
  1. Faith
  2. Family
  3. Health
  4. Professional/Career
  5. Environment
  6. Community
  7. Volunteering
  8. Financial
